• A simple puzzle game about drawing borders.
• You are an Imperial Surveyor, tasked with fixing the borders of thirteen colonies gained through war.
• Claim as many valuable locations as possible—cities, plantations, coal mines, and more—within your territory.

Rules:

• Drag from the outer edge to draw a border.
• Drawing a border consumes cost.
• Drawing along rivers costs nothing.
• Once the territory is split in two, the border is set.
• The smaller area becomes your territory.
• Meet the quota to clear the stage.
